Welcome to Horizon Group

Horizon Group is an ex-servicemen's endeavour founded by senior retired Indian Army Officers in 2001. The Group comprises an NGO (Charitable Trust) and a Private Limited Company.

Horizon is the first Indian NGO by, of and for Indian Ex Servicemen, dedicated to Post Conflict Environment Management with core competence in Humanitarian Demining. Founded by retired officers of the Indian Army in 2001, it was registered as a Society on 16 Jan 2002.

Horizon Assignments (India) Pvt Ltd was founded as an adjunct to Horizon with a view to realizing its objectives of service to humanity and supplement its funding. The Organisation was registered on 23 Oct 2003 under Companies Act 1956: Registration Number 25-18489.

HORIZON Group is now a multifaceted global organization with projects spanning across a number of countries.

Post Conflict Environment Management Post - conflict environment anywhere on the face of earth is HORIZON's concern; to tender a healing touch, to undertake reconstruction and rehabilitation - its mission. The management of post-conflict environment solicits battle-tested minds, equanimity, tenor, agile and responsive decision-making faculty, innovative plans, meticulous execution and unswerving dedication. We have self-assurance that we foot this bill.	Security Solution HORIZON has a well qualified pool of instructors for imparting specialized training to security forces in various combat related activities. HORIZON has conducted specialized training in detection, neutralization and disposal of IEDs and explosives for the selected personnel of Maharashtra Police Force. Training has also been imparted in skill at shooting, field craft, physical training and unarmed combat.
Civil Work 1. Earth Work HORIZON has specialized earth moving teams equipped with earth moving plants. The HORIZON Teams of Ex-Servicemen have successfully carried out earth moving operations at the prestigious construction site of Lavasa near Pune. 2. Low Cost Accommodation HORIZON has experienced technical management to undertake low cost accommodation projects for post conflict rehabilitation	Survey Horizon has the expertise to undertake the following surveys - 1. Non Intrusive Geophysical UXO Survey 2. Unexploded Ordnance Survey 3. Land Survey 4. Naturally Occurring Radiological Material (NORM) Survey 5. Cable and Pipe Locating Survey
Telecommunication Horizon has the capability and expertise to execute the Cabling, OSP, ISP Survey, installation and Migration works (Under Ground Cable, B2H, and Overhead Cables) for FTTx & GSM Projects. HORIZON has undertaken telecommunication project in Qatar under Global Technology Company W.L.L. as subcontractor to Huawei (Ooredoo).	Project Management HORIZON undertakes Project Management Consultancy globally with special expertise in Middle East and South Asia.
