Dec 2002 HORIZON office commenced functioning from Queen Mary Technicaal Institute, Kirkee Dec 2002 Presentation and discussion held at New Delhi pertaining to maiden humanitarian demining project. Jan 2002 HORIZON launched as a charitable Trust with the aim of harnessing the potential of Indian ex-servicemen for post conflict environment management tasks. |
